The KERQ Band is headed by American Recording Artist Kevin E. Robinson.  He is an accomplished sound engineer specializing in live and recorded music, sound production, accomplished writer, arranger and guitarist who performs across the DC/Baltimore metro area. The KERQ band is known for its distinguished jazzy, rock, bluesy, funky sound and whose works can be heard on WEAA Radio (Baltimore) and WPFW Radio (Washington, DC) He is the grandchild of a music prodigy and a self-taught guitarist who developed a love for music at the age of 9.  At age 13 Kevin Robinson went on to study and learn the art of sound with many of music’s greats while playing in a self-created neighborhood band. He attended Community College Of Baltimore City in the 80's where he developed a solid foundation in music theory.
